A well known if not infamous Inn located deep in The Darks in the port area of Dark Home. This inn is three story wooden and stone building. The inn is home to all manner of debauchery and bad things. The inn is a well known location where nobles come to have some of their more exotic entertainments fulfilled. The cellars of the Bloated Goat are according to rumors peppered with secret hallways that lead from and to various part of the city, which those who do not want to be seen entering come and go from.
