The leader of the Neanderman is the High Glopf. This is a Neanderman who every 20 years is voted into this leadership. Every 20 years no matter if the existing High Glopf is alive or not they are replaced. The decisions of the High Glopf are final, and it is not uncommon for Neanderman males or females to push others hard to vote for them. However among the population where is very little true intrigue.
