Oak Wood sits on Amar Bay on the eastern side of Amaria and is the primary wood for the ships of the massive Amarian Navy. The heavy oak is prized from this forest, as it is especially hard, and the sap is a natural water repellent. The wood is so prized, that the forest is guarded by several Amarian Garrisons that are dotted around it. According to Amarian law, anyone not authorized to harvest the wood and who tries to do so, can be imprisoned for long periods of time.
