These are men and women who control areas in various cities in [[Amaria]]. They usually handle most petty and small crime in these cities, and act as the judge, jury and often times executioner of those who go before them. They are notoriously corrupt. The Captains of the Watch usually control a few block area, or the more powerful ones entire neighborhoods.
