Role Playing Games, are table top games usually involving rule books, manuals and dice. Players consist of the PC'c or Player Characters and the Game Master or Dungeon Master. The player characters take on the roles of various characters, adventurers and so on. The Game Master also called the Dungeon Master runs the games, and sets up the scenarios and things the players encounter and interact with.
Players go through the game, and use dice to see if they avoid traps, or solve issues and the dice are used to resolve combat.
