Hafarian bandits

These are a rogues gallery of men usually, who are from Hafaria, who ride down from The Spines or down though the Dust Hills and do quick raids on small settlements or travelers caught. They will usually kill all males, and kidnap all females to sell to the various slave houses they have access to.
