King Frost Beard

King Frostbeard is the leader of the Ice Dwarf people, and he reigns over a desolate and cold kingdom made up of the Frost Island. King Frost Beard gained his name as he has a dark coal black beard that is very long, and along the edges are white ares that make his beard look like it has frost on it. The king is a fair and just Dwarf, and most decisions are based upon a very advanced set of laws that are usually handled by small Courts that oversee sections of the city.
