Encyclopedia Exotica Creatures

This is clearly the most respected and followed book on the various exotic creatures of the Alterverse, the book was written aproximatley 50 years ago by Cornelius A. Semoriuous and explains over one hundred of the most common to the most vile beasties in the land.

Cornelius traveled the Realms documenting animals, beasts and monsters for over thirty years documenting their behavior and habits, and was even allowed by the notorious Maplhit Doom himself to come to Doom's palace and record Doom's guardians. This was allowed by Doom for reasons no one knows. However rumor sais that Cornelious made dark pacts with Doom to gain this access. Cornelious dissapeared in 1095 after setting out to record his second volume, no one knows what happened to him.
