Frost Guard is located on Frost Island and is the Capitol of the Ice Dwarf people. The walled city sits at the base of the Ice Peaks facing out into the ocean. The city is made of mainly granite from the peaks, and also some wood. This city is also the incoming hub for all prisoners headed to Frost Guard Prison.
