Dwarven Parliament

The Dwarven Parliament is made up of 60 dwarves, and they rule by simple majority. In the event of a vote that ties the Ice Dwarf practicality then takes over and they simply roll dice to determine which side wins the decision. This group of dwarves meets two days per week where decisions on laws will be made, and where appeals from the Courts of the various districts and areas of Frost Guard can be heard and decided upon.
