Constance Quinlan is the Owners of Ottos Books, and is a central character in The Alterverse Chronicles. She is one of the main plotters against the characters, and who wants to take possession of the infamous Book that the four gamers find. Constance was the daughter of the original bookshop owner, and after her father died on what was rumored to be a secret mission to find the Childs Soul Gem, and her mother passing of illness, she became owner.
