Hablar

Hablar is a well known fence and criminal in Dark Home. His father was a Dark Mage who's whereabouts are unknown. His home is a low beamed building in The Darks in Dark Home. He is a powerful criminal, who is backed by The Watch Captain Kronar. He also is friends with Lord Smearmore as his spys in the city are numerous.
